Im trying to find my CCL and have just gone on to the nut and seed rung. I have a low metabolic rate and I have 11 lbs left to lose.
I am wondering if i should stay at each rung for 1 week instead of 2 weeks, as i have quite a few rungs to climb and only a few pounds left to lose.
What would you advise?

. Those last few lbs for me were very stubborn which caused alot of my frustration. i've found since being in maintenance that my maintainance carb levels are much higher than I thought
