  • Greek Yogurt

I went to Tarpon springs which is Greek Town in Flordia and I found the most awesome yogurt. It is home made, goats milk... doesn't taste like goats milk. All I can say is it's the most wonderful flavor I've ever tasted in Yogurt.
It's thick, creamy and you can tell it's just loaded with nutrients.
Does anyone know if there is a limit as to how much I can eat or does it just depend on the carbs?
All I can find is whole milk yogurt on fitday.

It's not induction friendly. You can add it back in during the "dairy rung". I'd count 5 carbs for 1/2 cup serving. (I say that because that's the serving size and carb count for the greek yogurt I buy)

Greek yogurt is awesome, I have added it and used it daily (I am in maintenance) for over a week with nothing bad happening to me. Definately something to try out once you get to that part of the plan. I mix mine with Divinci vanilla sweetner, and I added strawberries. OMG soooooooooo awesome!

By law, there should be some kind of nutritional information on that yogurt, either one the container itself or on the packing box.

No there isn't a label..It is home made at a Greek Meat Market.
I thought that too about the label but I am familiar with this market and trust it is made properly but the nutritional information is none exsistant.
It is the most delicious yogurt I've ever eaten.
I'm going to make my own. OR TRY
