I have been on an Atkins for 30 days, and have been doing the extended induction. I lost 20 pds in the first 20 days, but haven't lost anything since then. Very happy with the results so far. Have not cheated
, even once. These boards have been a big motivator for me!! I'm thinking maybe I should move to OWL now?, start adding more veggies? Maybe I'll start losing again? Read everything about Post Induction Stall, have starting exercising 3X a week, and drinking ample amounts of water. I am approx 30 pds away from goal. Advice please!!
P.S, If I do move to the " Veggie rung " ? Can I have steamed green beans?
