to have a CCLL as low as 25?

I weigh once per week on Sundays. Last week, my scale weight hovered by a half pound. I couldn't really get a clear reading, but either way, it was only a pound to a half pound less than the week before.

This week, at 30g of carbs, my weight was the lower of the two numbers last week...so technically, not a gain, but MAYBE a .5 pound loss.

I know this is a weird question, but I really want to do this properly: should I move to 35 grams? Should I assume that 30 is my CCLL and drop back down to 25 grams? Stay at 30 grams but add new foods?

I did not lose any inches this week.

Please help. I've been pondering this all day!

Yes it's possible. However, as long as you are losing weight--pounds or inches---you are still below your CCLL.

So if you lost 1/2 pound, that's still a loss.

Thanks, Megs. I suppose that since I couldn't get a decent scale reading that that's what is so confusing. I think that I'll stay at 30 grams this week and see if there's any change. Either way, since THIS week's reading was clear, I'll know what to do for next week!
