Hubby ate a piece of cake at work and wants to fix it. We're on berries, so is it necessary for him to go back to induction and work his way up again or just get back to eatting right? Thanks!
Another thing he can do is to carry acceptable treats with him in his desk or a tote that will get him through temptations that arise. If it was a scheduled 'treat' day at work, I would recommend that he always bring his own low-carb treat so he can participate in the occassion without feeling deprived.

Dedication gives wings to our dreams and keeps them in flight! In One Word...COMMITTMENT.
What they said. Get right back on track (no need to go back down the ladder) and drink LOTS of water. I bet it won't affect him too badly if he just hops back on the wagon!

Just get back on the merri-go-round. I don't know about your husband, but I work someplace where everyone around me is always eating fast food or junk food. It is a real temptation. I just keep reminding myself it's not worth it. I also carry safe snacks with me at all times to help aleviate the urge to cheat.
