This was my first week in OWL. I went to 25 grams and added different veggies each day. I didn't think the variety would make that much of a difference, but I think it really did. It reminded me of the important of planning meals and snacks ahead of time. I am going to remain on rung 1 for one more week and review my progress. I lost 2 pounds this week. Slow and steady-- I hope to keep it up.
I plan to make the spaghetti squash recipe on Sunday that I have been reading so much about.
