okay. so, I found them. I love them. But they list total carbs @ 20g, and sugars @ 0g. I've already forgotten the dietary fiber content - but we'll conservatively say 4g per serving.

How is the 0g sugar possible if, by definition - a carbohydrate is sugar?

Carbohydrates can be sugars or starches. A starch is just a bunch of sugar molecules bunched up together. A fiber is a starch or sugar that isn't digested by the body. So carbs are sugars, starches, and fibers.

I imagine most of the carbs are from the wheat and barley flour and cornstarch as well as the tomato and onions in it.
WHOLE WHEAT, SOYBEAN OIL, MALTODEXTRIN, SALT, TOMATO POWDER, ONION POWDER, MONOGLYCERIDES, SPICES, SUN DRIED TOMATOES, GARLIC POWDER, CORNSTARCH, CITRIC ACID, MALIC ACID, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, HYDROLYZED CORN PROTEIN, OLIVE OIL, DISODIUM INOSINATE AND DISODIUM GUANYLATE (FLAVOR ENHANCERS), NATURAL FLAVOR, ARTIFICIAL COLOR (INCLUDES PAPRIKA EXTRACT, RED 40, YELLOW 5, BLUE 1).
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
