Haha! I'm laughing with you, not at you!! Missing a bit of the ol' chocky eh??

You can have cocoa powder - hershey's (not hot chocolate mix, the baking stuff, some people mix it with cream cheese, during the holidays you can melt baking squares and add splenda and make actual chocolate chips or shaved chocolate for a sweet treat on whipped cream or such.

        Re: chocolate

hmm well - I did at the end of week 2 - the weekend after easter when looking at my egg just became too much and I ate 3 of my chocolates and ya know what? - It was disgusting, too sweet and I did not enjoy it one bit! - that is the honest truth - so I won't bother again - in fact my hubby sits here every night eating choc and I am not even tempted. - However if he had a pepperami.........

            Re: chocolate

Flavoring your whipped cream with unsweetened cocoa powder is fine even during induction. All the chocolatey taste with a fraction of the carbs!

Unfortunately flavoring with real chocolate doesn't fit in anywhere unless you love the unsweetened cocoa mass...which, in my opinion, doesn't taste half bad. But I've always loved the 99% cacao dark chocolate more than anything else lol

            Best of luck,

I use my cream on top of a cup of decaf coffee - much nicer and because it takes longer to drink seems naughtier!

If you are on the dairy rung, cottage cheese with a spoonful of cocoa powder (I use Ghiradelli) and 1 packet of splenda is DELISH!!! It truly takes away the chocolate craving and it's a healthy chocolate treat to boot! Sounds gross but it's really good!

Now that is something I hadn't even thought about. Chocolate in cottage cheese! I will have to give it a go! Thanks!

Oooh! Just gave me an idea! Have to try chocolate in my Fage Yogurt with some Splenda! I bet that would be really good!

                        Damn right! I love it.

Thank you so much for the cottage cheese idea, Skinnymom. I was wondering if that would be good since I liked it so much in the Fage Yogurt. Yay! I bet it's easier to stir into the cottage cheese than it is the yogurt.

I put cocoa powder in Ricotta cheese and add Sevia.
                          It's wonderful.
I'd like to know how to make whipped cream.
I make pumpkin pie all the time by mixing a can of pumpkin with cream cheese, pumpkin pie spice and stevia in my food processor and would love some whipped cream on it.
