Im still in pre-mat. Haven't updated in almost ONE YEAR, but just wanted to check in, say hi, and say that IM STILL ON ATKINS! It has now been 4 years 3 months (with the exception of 9 months because i was pg with my son-- whose now 15 months old). I have lost 10 lbs over the past year. Im fine with that. It's for life, not the moment. So now Im 128. Im still 3 lbs from goal and haven't met it yet. BUT im in no hurry! Ive got the rest of my life to meet it!
