  • Checking in again!

    I haven't posted in a while I know, but I'm still going strong. So far I'm still on rung one. I really don't feel comfortable moving past it yet. I'm feeling great and I'm now weighing in at 185...down from 215 in March. I'm only ten pounds away from my second mini goal...175! Now the loss is really starting to show. My face is looking thinner to ME even, I'm sure most of you know how good that feels. I'm wearing smaller sizes...36 waist jeans ( that fit loosely now!) and no more than a large in any shirt. I'm really happy with this WOE it has totally fit my life. I'm confident now that one day I really will be in shape and fit looking. I've been having serious physical therapy sessions that are more like personal trainer workouts and my body is changing and getting stronger.It looks like I'm going to end up a bit smaller than I expected once my weigth is in balance...I couldn't imagine wearing those cool body hugging muscle shirts that really thin muscular fellas get away with...but now?...well not yet...I'm gettin' there...it's great! I can see an ab underneath in the front... WOOHOO I HAVE AN AB!!! So everybody just keep on keepin' on....this WOE and this site and all of you have been among the best discoveries of my life so far.....along with the ab...of course =)

    I promise to get some pics up soon...I'm kinda trying to wait... just ten more pounds...y 'know so it'll be dramatic and all...I don't know about me sometimes...
