After my 5 weeks on induction, I finally decided to start on OWL. So I was thrilled that the scale finally moved after adding the extra veggies. I went from 213 to 210 in just a week. Then, over the weekend I continued to stay with my 25 carbs, including 3.5 cups of veggies, etc and found out that I'm back to 211.2
What happened?
I know our weight fluctuates from day to day but come on. That is too much. Is is possible that I actually gained more than a pound in just a couple a days. I followed the plan to the T, excercised as usual, drank over 100 oz of water, took my supplements as usual. How do I explain this?

Pick one day, stick with it, and weigh only on that day. Weight fluctuates, and I would suggest weighing only once a week. The plan works! Stick with it!
