I'd be very interested to hear what you all get up to with oats. Any nice recipes, etc much welcome.
Also I wanted to say - because portions of things on rung 9 are small how do you incorporate them generally? Tehy aren't like a portion in a pre-Atkins way so how do you get them in?
Also (sorry, I alway have more than one question and lots of sub-questions) how often do you eat these foods?

I do eat them with 2oz of heavy cream that I then whip. I find that is more than enough so today I'm going to cut back the oz before I whip it.
