I am adding foods back in according to the OWL ladder, but am finding that I subconsciously REFUSE to go up in carb totals
I think the most I have gotten is 32 net and I'm on the legume rung. I usually average 20-27 net still. I did buy some kidney beans to add into my chili (oh heavenly day!!) but I find that I cut back elsewhere to save the carbs. I am so nervous about going up especially over 40 - I know I NEED to do it but I'm scared of it!
