Just wondering about sugar...some things I eat have 1 or 2 grams of sugar in them. Am I supposed to be eating things with absolutely NO sugar and that are just sweetened with Splenda? For example, I eat Astro plain yogurt 2%, but it has 4 grams of sugar in it. I can't find one that's sugarless.

Re: Sugar
If sugar isn't listed in the ingredients list, then the sugars are most likely natural and those are ok as long as the food is on the appropriate rung for you.SLIM IN 6!

Re: Sugar
Skinnymom's right, those sugar's you see in the astro yogurt are naturally occuring sugars in the milk the yogurt is made with. I too eat the astro plain yogurt.
Just check the ingredients, if there is no sugar in it..then it is fine.Jen, 39, F
