I know Julieramma suggested to stay on each Rung anywhere between 2-4 weeks before moving on. O.k., so I stayed on Rung 1 for 3 weeks, eating bewtween 20 - 25 carbs a day (including my 1 1/2 cups of veggies, cheese, etc), and now moving on to Rung 2 today.
The question is: Can I add the 1/2 cup of cottage cheese to my 3 1/2 cups of veggies and stay withing the 25 carbs? Or do I cut back to 3 cups of veggies and just add the 1/2 cup of cottage cheese?
Still a little confused as you can see. Thanks!
