  • another rung 2 question plz

Before i move to rung 2 i wanna make sure i get it well so plz bear with me...

so in rung 1 and induction we can eat up to 4 oz cheese...and we can eat about 1.5 TB liquid w.cream....I think beacause thats what i have been doing.

so now what happens in rung 2 : do i keep eating 4 oz cheese but the cheese types change, or we can eat yogut and milk but reduce the 4 oz cheese?
what about my daily cream treat? do i have to deduct from it too to add the cheese or i can increase it.

I have read all the stickies and rung 2 posts but i thought my direct questions might clear it up for me more ...thx

your adding 5 net carbs in from that rung, so everything you eat now plus 5 net carbs,

tho remember, you have one extra 5net carbs of veggies in(from rung one), so say every, monday wednesday, friday your going to remove them veggies and replace rung one stuff with 5net carbs of dairy...

did that make sense at all? lol

ignore what you already have in your diet this is about what your adding.

Since you don't want to overeat fat, you should omit one serving of the Induction added fats (cheese, cream, butter, oil, etc.) for every serving of OWL fatty foods, like cheese and nuts.
