If anyone has time, could someone punch this recipe into fitday and see what you get for net carbs? I got 5, but I just want to make sure I'm right. These muffins are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good, I've been eating 1 for breakfast every day (I'm on the nut rung now) and I'm still losing, so they're obviously not affecting my weight loss....however I am curious to know if my net carbs count is right.
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 sticks of melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup protein powder (original recipe suggested whey protein)
3/4 cup splenda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup cocoa
1 heaping Tbsp sugar-free peanut butter or almond butter
1 cup water
1 cup ground flax seed
Makes 12 muffins. You bake them at 350 for 30 minutes.

Check the nutrition label for the protein powder you're using....you should probably enter it as a custom food on Fitday so you're getting the proper counts for everything.
