  • OWL, Rung 2 question

    Howdy everyone! I'm posting this here cuz I want to make sure I'm startin my week on the right foot.

    After 5 weeks on induction, I added 5 extra carbs of veggies and did that for 2 weeks.

    After that, I stayed within my 25 carbs but adding 1/2 cup of cottage cheese or queso fresco. Today Monday, I'm starting my 3rd week on Rung 2 and I'm wondering if I can add 5 more carbs of veggies to average 30 a day. Is this a good move? Or should I wait 3 full weeks on the added cheese before I go back and add veggies? I know Julie explained this to me before but she's not here today and I'm dying to know. That way I can have my extra 1/2 cup of Jicama today. LOL!

    Yes, you can add another serving of veggies! That's probably the healthiest thing you can do.
