I am so happy to be able to drink my dear dietcoke, no I shouldn't but I just can't help it. If I don't eat/use any sweetener except what's in the coke, exactly how much coke may I drink in day?

theres 3 servings of sweetener in one can, so one a day - not using any sweeteners anywhere else!
Not worth it in my opinion!!

I'd up your water some for the rest of the day...
caffeine is addictive, you gave it up for induction and broke the addiction why would you go back? do you know many slim diet coke drinkers? i dont.

You're right, I shouldn't drink that much! It's a waste of money. I just can't help it, I LOVE my coke. So do I need to go back to Induction cause I drank that much for two days? Will my weightloss process be slower now? That's the last thing I need since I haven't lost weight in a week...Comment

So you can have up to 3 servings a day of it!! Our sweetener 'allowance' doesnt change as we go through the phases of Atkins.
Are you drinking your minumum water in addition to the coke? Remember, 64 fluid ounces plus 8 fluid ounces for every 25 pounds you want to lose!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Good for you! (caffeine isn't good either) You'll probably find once you get away from it that it is sickening sweet!!! I am an ex-caffeine-diet Pepsi Junkie!
