Has any one done this but mixed up on a daily basis each rung.
Yes I've read the book more then once, but had to make it work for me and it has over the years. I'm finally at my goal (well once i got here I'd like to see 5 more pounds go).
I've stayed at 20 carbs (but I mix my rungs) I did find out I DO NOT LOOSE eating any kinda nuts. But If I wanted berries, I'd eat them, if i wanted low carb bread or tortilas I'd eat them, but I'd keep my carb intake at 20 grams a day. I don't eat these on daily or even a weekly basis, but I would get bored and want these foods. So I'd eat them but counted the carbs. I've slowly uped my carbs to 25 still loosing weight, and now I'm uping them 30 to see.
I don't want to eat the same veggie seven days a week or even 3 days a week.
Has anyone ever done it this way, I know its not the atkins way, but more of a low carb way.
