I've seen many posts where people have to choke food downa nd lose their appetite and all. I know this is a good sign and a sign of ketosis, but now I am really struggling. The thought of food makes me want to heave. I'm not hungry in the monring or well into the day. I have been struggling with the blues/depression the last several days and feel tired and moody and lots of headaches, tummyaches and just blah. I did the candida spit test and it came up positive so now I have that going for me. Now, not only do I have to froce myself to eat, but when I do, i can't eat the foods that make everything so good! No cheese, no dairy, no mayo/mustard. I don't know what to eat and even if I did, I don't want to eat it.
I don't want to sabotage my own efforts to this point, so I don't know what to do. It is 5:30 PM and all Ive eaten today is a muffin in a minutea and a hard boiled egg. I know im feeling sorry for myself, I guess my question is just what do i do about the eating? I know Im not getting the carbs in. I should be at 30-35 carbs now and I doubt I'm getting even 15 or 20. I had to spit food out yesterday, I just couldnt swallow it.
Anyone experience things like this??
