I'm on rung2 and have a few questions. May I still only eat the same amount of cheese and sourcream that were allowed in Induction or may I eat more now?

And a question about avocado, in Induction the book says I can eat half an avocado. But now when I'm supposed to have 5 extra carbs for the veggie rung I eat 1 whole avocado, is that ok? It isn't on the allowed veggie list - and I know it's technically not a a veggie...
