  • Starting OWL Rung 1

    We have decided to move up on Monday (that completes our 14 days). My fear is I love veggies, Before this WOE, I ate a salad with every meal and mainly ate the veggies of my plate. I understand the carb rules, but the amounts confuse me. Can I have my 2 cups salad and 1 cup veggie from the induction plus another serving of veggies as long as it is equal to 5 net carbs? It is hard now for me to stop and put the veggies down and eat the meat so I want to make sure I completely understand (and to be honest everything seems confusing).

    yup, you still eat your induction foods but ADD a further 5 net carbs!

    have a lookie at the stickies at the top of this forum for some great ideas!
