I started owl rung 2. I bought yogurt (locarb) but it has fruit chunks in it. I've eaten it. I've had to. I can't afford not to eat it. I'm keepin the carb level down at 30 but will this be SO bad?

In reality, it won't be so bad. It was an honest mistake, and that yogurt is expensive, so if you don't notice any ill effects from it, you're probably safe to eat the rest of it. HOWEVER, next time you go shopping, Miss Disco, read them labels, y'hear? Since the carb count of the yogurt WITH fruit is the same as the yogurt WITHOUT fruit, I don't think it will affect your succes--UNLESS you get cravings, bloating, intestinal distress, headache, etc. Then it would be hard to pinpoint the culprit. Is it the yogurt or the fruit?
So, long story short, I think you'll be fine, but buy PLAIN yogurt next time. Save those fruit chunks for Rung 4, baby!

Don't sweat the small stuff....except when you get to a point that you have an accumulation of small stuff. It all adds up. However, if everything else is on the up and up, and this was the only thing that's "wrong"....then I wouldn't sweat it.~Joy

LOL, I've never had anything on the up & up.
I'll say I don't htink it has hurt me but it's too early to tell. We'll see what next weeks weigh in says and if it's up, I'll examine it. If it's not, I'll ask for more advice.30/F/5'6"
