I'm feeling rather weak today, like all i want to do is dive into something I haven't had in a while. I've been doing the candida cleanse diet for 1.5 weeks and I feel deprived, so maybe that's why. Last night, I cheated and had organic peanut butter on celery (even if i wasn't on the candida cleanse, i am only on rung 2). I got on the scale this moring and gained 2 pounds from yesterday. I was heartbroken and I guess that's why I'm feeling unmotivated too.
I sit there and watch my family eating all this food that I used to eat and have been so good not eating it and then to gain two pounds!!
I know I had the peanut butter, but I was still under my carbs and it had no sugar.
So, I'm still in ketosis, still trying to stick to it, but feeling very frustrated and ticked about the two pounds! And we're going to Disney on Sunday for a week and I am trying to figure out how I am going to be able to stick to this and still lose while on vacation.
Any tips or words of encouragement??
