Well. I'm stalled on Extended Induction. But I'm so confused.. I don't wanna do any mistakes.. or gain weight by moving to OWL-1What should I do?? Should I just add 5 carbs od veggies a day for a week and see what happens??
Help!! My weight loss haven't been really consistent (I haven't cheated and sometimes I gain 1-2 lbs.. then I lose 1, the other day 2..) I'm following Induction to the letter, and haven't been able to cross the 190's line!! The other day I was so excited I woke up and weighed 190.5!! But today I'm 192 even when I did everything right.. I'm tracking every single thing I have, water exercise and all.. I've heard that OWL will make me lose more.. but should I move on even if I don't have a fixed parameter of weight loss??
That's the only reason I haven't moved.
