  • Asiago Cheese

    ANyone ever had it? I'm curious, going to Applebees for dinner and they have an Asiago Chicken (grilled) but it's description says it's covered in an asiago cheese sauce, do you think it's probably loaded with starches? I do, it makes me nervous. I think I am going to stick with the trusty old steak and broc...with plenty of garlic butter,, mmm I am soo hungry....

    Asiago cheese is an aged cheese, but this sauce is probably sketchy. There's a chance it COULD be made like alfredo (heavy cream, butter, and asiago instead of parmesan) but most likely it's some processed concoction.
