I'm starting OWL today and very excited. I've been on extended induction for three months and have lost 32 pounds!
I've been reading and re-reading the book for OWL and all the threads here. Think I have a good grasp of what to do. This week I'll be adding 5 carbs through extra spinach and asparagus mostly and I'm adding in the occasional cucumbers and maybe even some pumpkin. I'm planning on staying in rung one for two weeks and go from there. I'm really looking forward to adding in cottage cheese but I'll just have to wait.
This is my first time doing OWL. When I did Atkin's a few years ago I stopped short of this step. Hopefully things will go as smoothly as induction did!
