I made it back yesterday. And I am very pleased to say that I remain CHEAT FREE. It was very tempting at times, but I am proud of myself for not giving in. There were days I know I didn't get enough water and I am not sure if all week I got enough calories (kids barely stopped to eat). I think I even gained some muscle (carrying around the youngest I am sure helped). I weighed and I am 2 pounds heavier, but my clothes still fit the same. Thanks to all for the tips and advice we had a great time.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

great job on the no cheat!. I go up a pound or two EVERY now and again. I try real hard to push water it usually takes 2 days i'll be back down. I think it's pretty normal to go up 1-2 every so often...don't sweat it,

Congrats on making it through cheat free! Since you said that you didn't get enough water in a couple days...that you are retaining water. Now that you're home, get hydrating yourself for a couple days and I'm sure you'll get a whooshie! YAY!~Joy

Thanks all! I think ValidRose is correct. I was hoping for some muscle gain since I am sooooo out of shape, but my usually excerise routine didnt seem any easier last night. Infact it seeme harder. drats. I knew it was to good to be true. I will just keep moving along slow and steady.Female

I find when I'm retaining water, that exercise is more painful. My joints, muscles, even skin feels tight. Just keep chugging lots of water and just push through on the exercise. You are doing GREAT!!!!~Joy
