Do you have and have you read the book? They're on pg 171 of the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution book. It's the carboydrate ladder you follow during the OWL phase.36/F, 5'8 "FOOD IS MY DRUG OF CHOICE.

you wont need to stay on 20 carbs forever - follow atkins by the book, you'll still be losing when you add carbs back in
