    Hi people how are you, I have to tell you Im on the 4th rung now, feel great and I achieve my goal, so I decided to move on faster by the rungs since Im working out too, and I dont wanna lose more weight, I was wondering, if we can ever eat yogurt, milk a cup or so, and milky products, or should we avoid it; well, thanks for the help and have a beautiful day.

    My goal:
    I started Atkins: May 29th
    Breast: 90-90-90cm
    Waist: 78-72-66cm
    Hips: 94-87-87cm
    Body type:5' 2" inches (159cm)
    I dont think I want to lose more weight, just complete correctly the phases. I LOVE ATKINS!

    Hi Hinari...if you are on rung 4 already, you could have eaten yogurt 2 rungs ago on the dairy rung...that was the first thing I bought when I moved to rung 2.

    Are you sure you moved through the rungs properly, you don't seem to have done the dairy rung.

    Well anyway, you can definitely have that yogurt and milk, just not too much
    Date to reach goal: I don't care, as long as it happens :P

      Sera is right - make sure you add it in 5 net carb servings and dont add both at once so you can test if either is going to be a problem for your body.

        thanks girls, well in the second rung I just added fresh cheeses, but now I will see if I can add maybe a yougurt, and analize myself to see what happens, thanks for the answer!
