I've been doing atkins 6.5 months NOW last week i was almost under 190 i was 191ish. On saturday i CHEATED for the 1st time big cheat!. I was at a company pinic i had 2 hand fulls of pretzles and a Strawberry Daiquiri "augh" + bud light and yeah i got stomach cramps lol.
It's now thursday i'm up 3 pounds all week i've been super super slugish and tired TOM is still 10 days away "not that". I acually feel ran down sick my blood sugars been staying a even 95 thou. I went right back to eating right atkins after the pinic. I'm up to 194 today. Any tips hints reasons why this happend?. I'm cutting out cream from my coffee today as cream HALF AND HALF was something new also i added some 8 days ago.
I had lil slip ups before i would put on maybe a pound then i'ld go right back down. I feel like i might be catching a cold perhaps. So mad to see the scale GO UP!. I'm eating between 1400-1600 calories a day 35-40 carbs i had been losing just fine with that now this!!! also i'm on OWL not extended induction i posted this in the wrong area "SORRY"
