  • Back on board!

    hi there,

Thanks Elizellen for the birthday wishes! creeping up to the old 30 next year so gonna make the most of this year. Back in Ireland now finished work in Korea, so am looking forward to all the proper atkins food i get my hands on now! I'll be able to read the labels at last!

I've done pretty well considering I didnt have a clue if i was eating the right things over there, i'm down 16lbs now so over the moon about that. I stopped and restarted several times but I was so busy in the last 2mths that I managed to slip back into a routine that worked again. I couldn't be happier with what i've lost so far.

Everyone is impressed at the weight I've lost and all want to know how I've done it, so i've advised them all to join the site. Its was a great help whilst ive been away and I've been given lots of tips and advice.

Ive 10lbs to go to reach my tagret. So here goes. Good luck everyone!

Im on the berries rung (4) . I did overdose on raspberries when i first got to this rung and put on 2lbs in a week, even though I only had approx 4 small bowls in the week. I'm finding this the hardest as it stalled me for about 2wks after i put on the 2lb, I've only had one portion this week for fear of it happening again. Fruit was the food I've been missing the most on this diet. I hope this doesn't mean i can never have any without the weight creeping on again.
