    I have been losing only inches and no weight for about 3 weeks now(which aint that bad). Finally this weekend the scale gods decided to start showing me losing weight again. I was completely overjoyed. So ofcourse the universe had to even it out and along came TOM today lol. I wish I wasn't a slave to the scale. I can see the inches and feel my clothes not only fitting better, but I need to go buy a smaller size I believe, but I still want to see that magic number on the scale decrease. But hopefully when TOM leaves a few pounds will follow with it. Atleast thats what usually happens.

      Woo!! That is awesome. Did you do anything different to get the scale moving again? Or did it just happen through perseverance and patience.

      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
      what the rungs mean to me:
      rung 1 - more veggies
      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
      rung 4 - berries, melon
      rung 5 - wine -
      rung 6 - beans, hummus
      rung 7 - other fruits
      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
      (on to pre-maintenance)

        I just cursed at the scale daily. I did start using fitday again since I slacked off some since moving to rung 1. But everything looked good so I keep going the same foods and the same excerise. I believe it was PISS. The good news is I weighed this morning and im down a few more ounces (almost a pound) while on my TOM.... I am so glad I read about PISS here on the board and just keep going.
