  • Fage Yogurt

I've seen a few of you talk about this yogurt before. The thing I am wondering is that I bought 2% Fage yogurt ( that is the most fat one I can find) The other types of greek yogurt were nonfat ( and still amazingly much more low carb than regular yogurt in the store.)
Are there Fage yogurts that say "whole" ?

Yes. There is a 4%/whole milk version of it. Around here, a local grocery store chain just began carrying it. They typically have the non-fat and 2% versions, but there was one store that carried the full fat version. I think it was something like 6 carbs per 8 ounce serving.

The one I buy over here is 3.2 carbs per 100 grams (3.5 ounces)
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I get my Fage Total whole yogurt from Whole Foods... I've never seen it anywhere else around here. They carry non-fat, 2%, and whole.

        Whole Foods rocks.
