Does anyone do anything with Creme Fraiche? I was unable to get to a Trader Joes' to find Greek Yogurt, but my local farmstand had real creme fraiche which so far I have smeared on smoked salmon and also mixed with sf maple syrup as a treat (not at the same time, ewwww).
It's super rich, so you really don't need much. Has anyone else tried this?
