    Re: YOUR stallers?

Yogurt stalls me , brought everything to a screeching halt for about 3 months until I figured out what was going on! Cant wait til I get to my goal so I can add it back into my plan

Mayonnaise, which was a bit of a shock. I ran out one week and my weight loss doubled ! The following week (back on Mayo) my weight stalled. Curious.

Yogurt was a staller and a gainer for me until I took it out and had a big wooshie.

Nuts are baaad for me just because I can't stop myself. Peanut butter (the one that's just ground peanuts) is fine though.

I've also had cream, diet soda on occation, no sugar ice cream, ricotta cheese, no sugar pudding mix and all kinda of veggies without issues.

          1. Cheese & most dairy
          2. nuts--can't control portions
          3. peanut butter
          4. fruit of all kinds--weight came to screeching halt when I added berries and cantaloupe.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
