Low Carb Ice Cream

CarbSmart IS the best! It's just like normal ice-cream! I think I like too many to choose just one. Rocky Road, Butter Pecan, Strawberry... I still need to try Chocolate Chip Mint though... well, someday I had to hide the Strawberry from myself in the large freezer in the garage so I won't eat it.

ha Thanks for all the good ideas on ice cream. My next rung is dairy and I would like to try a little ice cream made with splenda. Just a little that is. This bulletin board is so good at giving one good ideas. :nod

Has anyone seen Ritters Ice Custard. It is a chain of home made ice cream but is called a custard because it is so smoothe. They have a lite that only has 5 carbs (I think) for 1/2 (1 scoop) cup serving. It is delicious. I had the rasberry. They package the left over from the day in 1/2 gallon containers as they make it fresh in the store each day. I may buy some to keep in the frig for a special treat. :wave
