what are some GOOD Protein's to eat to keep me up around 30% ?

    Re: PROTEIN help

    meat

Chicken is Very high in protein. Frequently when I eat chicken, my protein goes way above 30%
make sure you eat it with the skin, or you'll have to add some sort of fat. Eat the dark meat as opposed to the white meat (unless you are getting too muchfat, not enough protein).

Tuna is very high in protein. Low in fat, so you'll need to add fat.

Egg whites are high in protein.

Lots of veggies have a pretty decent protein count too--broccoli is one that comes to mind.

Eat the same proteins that you ate during Induction: poultry, beef, pork, fish, shellfish, other seafood, lamb, eggs, etc.

        Where are you in OWL?

In addition to those mentioend above Spinach is greatat 13 grams for 1 cooked cup.

Nuts are also quite good, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds has 3.3 grams, 1/4 cup almonds has 3.7, peanut butter has 4.3

Don't forget dairy! In addition to eggs , 1oz of hard cheese has about 6.8 grams, 1/2 cup cottage cheese has 14 grams.

Lots of good protein sources out there. Enjoy!

Hehe, It's OK Promise. I did notice that our post times were very close so I assumed that that is what happened. Either that or you were just being incredibly cruel!
