  • Its about time!!!

    Well folks ... the scale has finally moved!

    After sitting at the same weight for 4 long months, things are finally moving in the right direction again. By a process of elimination I have worked out that my beloved yogurt was in fact stalling me. So no yogurt now for me until I get to my goal weight. Look out Summer ,here I come in my sassy new body!!!

    I'm so glad that you fingured out your stall and you are on your way again!!!!

    Look at it this way, at least when you're maintaining your goal weight...you know yogurt will keep you at the same weight! LOL

    Take care and great job!!! You'll be at goal in no time!
