    Make yourself some cauliflower faux fried rice, or fry up some zuchini and melt parmesan cheese on top. Try having baked spaghetti squash with alfredo sauce, or just heat it with a pat of butter and some splenda.

    You need to eat more food, more fat, and way veggies. What is happening is that you are going into starvation mode and you will not be able to lose anything.

    Aim for 1500-1600 calories. When you add 5 carbs of veggies, make it interesting, not a plain 1/2 of an avocado or another 8 cups of salad.

      Thanks again everyone. I guess I am just worried that I will go overboard on the veggies and instead of lose, gain. I had some "fake" mashed potatoes with cauliflower today for lunch and I am having some peppers tonight with dinner. I'm trying!
