  • Make sure to measure, not just weigh

    Just a reminder to measure weekly and not abide by the scale alone... I've lost 3 inches in the past 3 weeks (how I mark my mini-goals in addition to weight-based mini goals) even though I didn't see it in the mirror or on the scale!

    I've been really frustrated lately. I hope this helps me get back on track as I navigate the OWL journey.

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
