    I have a waist!!!!

    Today is exactly two months since I embarked on this journey. And what a journey it has been! Somedays the scale appeared stubbornly stuck, some days it felt so useless, but everything was worth it when I stepped on the scale today. The needle that wasn't moving at all just kept on going left, left, left.. 8 weeks and 13 lbs gone! : So then I had to bring out the ol' tape measure. And..drumroll please.. I have in these eight weeks lost 5 inches from my waist as well as 5.5 inches from my belly I do have a waistline again.

    I just had to share, I am so happy.

      Atkins rocks. Congratulations on the waist. Great reminder of the day to just keep on keeping on no matter what the scale says from day to day......IT WILL HAPPEN!!! I'm so happy for you!!!

                      ALexa, would you share with me what your daily menu looks like. Being a man its hard to plan out all the meals and snacks. I want to get underway soon. HAve done this sucessfully a long time ago so I just remember and now there seems to be new guidleines.

                      I really apprciate your help.
