Aya--how tall are you? Do you really need to be 115 pounds?? I sure know the agony of trying extra hard and still ending up gaining instead of losing.
That is why I need this challenge so badly. I've tried everything BUT the thing that is finally going to get me to goal. I need to find that 'thing' and do it until goal.
I've always written down every bite of food and every drop I drink in a food journal, so I know I'm being honest with myself. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get to goal and stay there.
We will have the challenge in place by the first of the week.

) and pants. I could definitely stand to lose 13 pounds. I also write down all food, which does help...or so I thought. I exercise quite a bit too but my body-type is soft, soft, soft. I changed jobs last year from one that was very active (I ate chocolate and sweets all the time and never worried) to one that's behind a computer a lot so if I'm not ultra-careful the pounds pile on. Plus my husband is skinny, a lover of eating out and bad foods!
