I went thru it both of the other times I did Atkins.

This time, I moved immediately to OWL, and have continued to lose.
    Start date: 7/29/2007

    Scale: SW:235 CW:193
    GW:150

Tape Measure: I've lost 42.5 inches as of 3/15/2008

    Mini goals:
    215 - met 9/10/07
    205 - met 10/17/07
    195 - met 2/20/08
    180

    I survived a two-month stall!

I slowed down after Induction, too. Fortunately, the Veggie Challenge started then, and by being diligent with veggies that week, I lost 3 pounds.

Sign-up for the next Veggie Challenge begins on Monday. I would highly encourage everyone to participate. That challenge came at the perfect time for me, and I believe changed my life and sealed my success with Atkins. It helped me to embrace veggies, rather than fight them. I was never a veggie eater before... now, most of my carbs come from veggies. And, I'm doing pretty well.

Watch us participate in the Veggie Challenge!

Yes I experienced this too. After being on induction for 3 weeks the weight loss stopped for a period of about two weeks. Then I Moved into OWL And the weight started dropping off again.
