I lost 4 pounds my first 8 days of induction. During the 2nd week of induction AF arrived and she brought with her 2 pounds. I started week 1 of OWL this past Monday thanks to some wonderful advice form others here (I was debating about whether or not to go on extended), and this morning I stepped on the scale to find that AF not only took her 2 pounds, but also another one!
PHEW!!
Still feeling great, all stomach and gas problems are gone. This is amazing - I can actually eat broccoli, cauliflower - all veggies that I used to think made me sick. I'm starting to think it was actually the potatoes and the rice that I ate with them that were the culprits. I actually had a colonoscopy last year to see if I had colitis - nothing, although a polyp was found and removed. I still continued to have problems. Bloodwork was done - no food related diseases were detected. I was at a loss, and my doctor did not seem to have any answers other than more fiber. I am so grateful for this way of eating, and that not only do I FEEL better, but I'm going to LOOK better too! What a bonus!

Your stats are similar to my restart stats... you can definitely do this.
