Today I move to Rung 2 of OWL. This is exciting for me as yogurt is one of my favorite foods in the world. On the OWL ladder sticky, it says to watch portion size for certain things, including yogurt. It also says low carb yogurt. I eat Fage greek yogurt, which is full fat but not labeled as low carb. One cup is 7 carbs. If I want to add my 5 carbs from the dairy rung by having 2/3 cup of this yogurt, is that OK? There's really not much else on the dairy rung I'm interested in, so my plan would be to have yogurt 3 days this week and then, if it doesn't give me any problems, every day next week.

I would say Fage greek yogurt is your best choice for yogurt! Go for it.~Joy

It is sooo great to reintroduce yoghurt.
it sounds like you have plan so as Joy says go for it and enjoy
A note of caution though - as it is a fave food make sure you do measure and watch how often you have it - sometimes our old faves can get a hold of us and cause problems by eating them too much.
