    Am really Cold......

    For some weeks now, i have been really cold,am always asking around if people can feel cold as i am,have bought woolen socks,heavy sweaters,hats and am always covered up,have heat up my house than usual.
    I realised its a problem when i was sleeping with my baby,woke up my husband to tell him he has a fever,we checked and no fever, to me he was burning up!His hands and face were so Hot!!!
    sincerely before this my husband has been complaining my feet and hands are always cold......
    Whats happening to me.........

          Oh I know where you are coming from, I so do.
          I always seemed to feel the cold more than others but it feels extreme now.
          when others feel comfy with the temparature I have cold hands, cold feet and a cold, runny nose lol.
          I don't feel like I lost a lot of fat and it should make a difference but it seems to indeed
          Not a nice side effect of losing weight.
          Date to reach goal: I don't care, as long as it happens :P

              Body fat provides us with insulation. So when you lose body fat, you lose insulation and you feel colder. It will take a while before your body gets used to less insulation, but it will.
