Today I ate cucumber and lettuce as my veggies. One cup of lettuce has 1.15g of carbs according to Fitday and .77g of fiber, so that leaves me with .38g net carbs. Right?
If I'm doing OWL how am I supposed to get my 25 carbs in my first rung?! Would it throw my body off if I'm not getting my whole 20-25 carbs per day?
I normally eat other veggies, like zucchini, celery, mushrooms, eggplant, greenbeans, etc. But my thing is what if I still don't reach my 20-25 carb limit? Is that bad? I'm a little confused on this.
Am I doing something wrong?
