  • Wow!

    So today I ate quite a bit more...it was a lot of food. I felt stuffed when I ate the pumpkin, I should have stopped or eaten it later

    But here's what I ate for the day:
    Breakfast--2 hard boiled eggs
    Lunch--Pork and 1 medium cucumber with lime and salt
    Dinner--Shrimp and Spaghetti squash with spaghetti sauce (homemade)
    Desert--Pumpkin with butter, splenda, and cinnamon

    Yummm! It was all so good
    Although on fitday it said I was at 27 carbs--Oops...but I'll take it. Close enough!
    I'm glad I've moved on to OWL.

    I like the addition of pumpkin as well. It's so versatile, from soup to dessert!





    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
